• Any pre-existing tools, frameworks, or assets remain HGV property
5.Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information secure and not disclose it to third parties without consent.
6.Limitation Of Liability
HGV shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business interruption
• Delays caused by third parties or client dependencies

7.Revisions & Scope Changes
• Revisions are limited to agreed scope
• Additional work beyond scope may incur extra charges
• Any major change will require revised timelines and costs
8.Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement:
• With written notice
• If obligations are not met
• Upon termination, dues for completed work remain payable
9.Third-Party services
HGV may integrate or recommend third-party tools/services. We are not responsible for their performance, pricing, or policies.
10.Govering Low
These terms shall be governed by applicable laws based on the agreed jurisdiction in the contract.
11.Updated Terms
HGV reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of services implies acceptance of changes.
